Arriba Telecontact is a business process outsource company based in the Philippines and was established in 2005 with its base of operations at Cagayan de Oro City. The center started with a core group of 10 agents and has since grown to more than a hundred agents. Arriba Telecontact was founded with the purpose of catering to companies that are looking for cost effective ways of operating the non-core operations of their business. Another reason of the establishment of Arriba Telecontact was for the purpose of bringing back the local skilled talents to the City of Cagayan de Oro who needed to go to other cities to work in the BPO industry. The center also is one of the companies built by Engr. Elpidio Paras, a prime mover and recognized Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ICT champion of Cagayan de Oro City and the provinces.
